How did waggiwear™ start?
It is an interesting story, actually. Check out “our story” here.

Where did you come up with the name?
I took a long walk in the park and started playing with words in my head. “waggi” was the one that kept coming up. I added “wear” to the end (for obvious reasons), and voila … the waggiwear name was born. Everything in life should be this simple.

Where are your products made?
From a smoke-free, home studio in Mission, KS.

What materials are your collars and leashes made from?
We use pre-washed, 100% cotton fabric and line them with a sturdy inner lining for comfort and durability. We only use the best quality hardware including a heavy-duty contoured buckle to fit the curve of your dog’s neck, and a cast nickel D ring. Our collars are triple stitched at all stress points. Our leashes feature a nickel-plated, swivel snap hook and are box stitched at both ends for strength and security.

Have your products been tested?
Isobel is the best tester of all. She is a 130 pound black lab that is a puller when walked. She loves her waggiwear collar and can attest to its comfort and durability. You can find her picture under “waggidogs”.

Will my collar or leash look just like the one pictured on your website?
Every waggiwear collar and leash is created individually, and due to the pattern flow on the fabric used, your collar or leash will not be exactly the same as the one pictured, but we promise that you will be happy with the one you order. If for any reason you aren’t, just send it back to us (minus S&H).

How do I know what size collar to order?
We have made it easy for you to determine which collar size is the best fit for your dog. Just go to the “measuring” page and we will be happy to help you out.

If I am unhappy with the collar, size, or quality of my collar or leash, am I stuck with it?
We strive to make a product that you and your dog will go waggi over, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail.

Please note that our designs have limited availability and size exchanges may not always be possible. In those instances we will offer you an item of equal value or a complete refund of your purchase.

How do I care for my waggiwear?
We recommend that you place your collar or leash in a mesh garment bag to protect your washer’s tub and the product hardware and wash in cold water. DO NOT USE BLEACH. You can also place them on the top rack of your dishwasher and wash on normal setting. Air-drying is best. Because we pre-wash all of our fabrics, there is no worry of your waggiwear shrinking.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
Please allow us 5 to 10 business days to process and ship your order to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Is tax included in the cost?
All applicable taxes have been included in the price.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can pay securely through PayPal with any credit or debit card and do not need to have a PayPal account to do so.

Is this a secure website?
No worries. We do not, for any reason, sell or share your information with outside sources. Any information we collect from you is used to process orders and provide the best customer service we can. Your information is 100% secure.

Do you sell wholesale?
We currently do offer waggiwear at wholesale prices on a limited basis and only to brick and mortar shops (no online stores). If you are a retailer interested in carrying waggiwear in your store, please email us at Linda@waggiwear.com.
