The fit of your dog’s collar is important for both safety and comfort.

    For a proper fit, measure your dog’s neck with a cloth seamstress’s tape measure. If you don’t have one,
    use a piece of string and then measure the string on a rigid ruler. Measure your dog’s neck a couple of inches
    down from his head. Make sure the tape measure is snug, but not tight. For small dogs, add an extra inch to the
    total measurement. For medium or large dogs add 2 inches. This should give you the measurement you are looking for.
    Two fingers should be able to fit between the collar and your dog’s neck for the best fit.
